Royal Mail Shipping & Other Methods

Methods of dispatch and delivery timescales

Royal Mail (1st Class, 2nd Class and Royal Mail Recorded)

All orders dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class and Royal Mail Recorded are expected to reach their destination within 1 – 3 working days. However, ‘1st Class’ and ‘2nd Class’ service refer to the order in which mail is prioritised, not the number of days taken for delivery. Consequently, we ask you to allow up to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your order within this time, please contact us. Royal Mail do not class an order as lost until 20 days after dispatch.

 

International orders

Royal Mail (Airmail)

All orders dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail are expected to reach their destination within 5 – 12 working days, but regularly take much longer. Please allow up to 20 days from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your order within this time, please contact us

 

Dispatched Direct

From our Supplier

In some instances we may dispatch your order direct from a supplier. This usually happens when we are waiting for a delivery, an item on your order is one we don't carry in stock, or we think it would be faster to send it direct to avoid delay. This is dispatched at no extra cost to you and can be sent via which ever courier or Royal Mail service the supplier has access to. Although we cannot send you a tracking reference please do contact us if your order has not arrived after 3 days of receiving your "Order has been dispatched" email so we can contact the supplier and ask them to track the parcel.

 

Delivered by hand

By one of the Team

If you live locally, or on the route home of one of the members of the team it may be hand delivered. The full carriage charge still exists, so this is not a free service as there are still fuel costs incurred.

Store Locations

Customers are welcome to collect orders, view products in our showroom or arrange a consultation. Whilst we do hold most items in stock, we advise you to telephone before you set off to check that the items your require are in stock. If you would like to arrange an appointment please contact us so we can schedule a time.
