Ordering
Place your order on our secure website or telephone us to place your order over the phone. We will try our best to dispatch all orders received before 1pm the same day (except weekends, bank holidays) for delivery within 48hours. On rare occasions orders may be held up, however we will always keep you informed and will e-mail you as soon as your order is dispatched.How to Order:

Collection: Orders can be collected from our premises in Great Eccleston. Please telephone to check stock availability.
Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm. Orders can be collected out of hours by prior arrangement.

Payment on our website is 100% secure. All payments by credit or debit card are processed through PayPoint a secure UK online e-payment provider.

Prices & Availability
We do our best to constantly monitor prices and keep up to date with price increases, however due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may be subject to change. Acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order. We will contact you as soon as we can if there are any problems.
Out of stock orders
Very rarely an item may be out of stock. If this is the case we will telephone or e-mail to let you know the estimated delivery time (you reserve the right to cancel the order at this point). All products displayed on our website are subject to availability, however, if for any reason we can not fulfill your order we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.
VAT
Where VAT is charged it is shown inclusive in the prices you see on our website. There are no hidden extras. VAT is charged as follows:- VAT is zero rated on all horse supplements (no VAT added).
