UK Orders
We have recently implemented a new shipping system which will help us prioritise orders. We have always praised for our fast delivery of orders and this will not change but to streamline dispatch this was a neccesity so we can ensure the same standards as previous.. We have now introduced Standard, Premier and Urgent dispatch options and also a Guaranteed Next day delivery option which will change according to the items ordered. If your order is urgend please sellect the urgent dispatch option and also please state in your "shipping instructions" that your order is urgent and we will treat this with priority. Whilst our cut off time for Urgent orders is 3pm we will try our best to dispatch orders after this and upto 4pm. Please call us if you have an urgent request and we will try our best.
UK Delivery Charges
We constantly re-negotiate good rates with courier companies to keep costs down. Whilst we absorb most of the delivery charges we do however have to pass on the following delivery charges:All UK Orders over £75.00 receive FREE carriage.

Methods of dispatch to UK destinations are as follows:
Orders under 2kg are usually dispatched by Royal Mail. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3.45pm, wherever possible will usually be dispatched the same day (depending on stock availability), and should be received within 1-3 days of the order being placed. We will notify you by e-mail when you parcel has been dispatched. Orders sent by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class cannot be tracked so please allow up to 7 days for delivery, however please do contact us if you have not received your order before then.
Orders over £65 and under 2kg are usually sent 1st class recorded post. Click here to track your parcel by entering your parcel number: Royal Mail Recorded
Orders over 2kg placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched via our nominated parcel courier, Parcel Force. When ever possible we will try our best to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm, the same day (depending on stock availability)
On dispatch we will e-mail you the tracking reference for your parcel so you can monitor its progress on the internet. Delivery should be within 1-2 days, however please allow 3-5 working days. If you have not received your parcel within 5 days please do contact us

International Orders

We ship to the following destinations:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Guernsey, Ireland (Eire), Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden.Shipping charges will be calculated based on individual orders. Please add items to your shopping cart which will calculate shipping charges. If the country you require is not listed please contact us
Methods of dispatch to International destinations are as follows:
Orders under 1.5kg are usually dispatched by Royal Mail, Airmail service. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3.45pm, wherever possible will usually be dispatched the same day (depending on stock availability), and should be received within 3-7 days of the order being placed. We will notify you by e-mail when you parcel has been dispatched. Orders sent by Royal Mail Airmail cannot be tracked so please allow up to 14 days for delivery, however please do contact us if you have not received your order before then.
Orders over 2kg placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched via our nominated parcel couriers, Parcel Force, Interparcel and TNT. When ever possible we will try our best to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm, the same day (depending on stock availability)
On dispatch we will e-mail you the tracking reference for your parcel so you can monitor its progress on the internet. Delivery should be within 2-7 days, however please allow upto 10 working days. If you have not received your parcel within 10 days please do contact us

Useful points....
We will always endeavour to meet your special requests, which must be typed in the comments box during ordering.
- Please ensure that your delivery address and post code is 100% accurate and that you include either a house number or name (include business name if applicable). A replacement or refund cannot be given for lost parcels due to an inaccurate address.
- If the order is urgent ie. you need it urgently the next day then please type “urgent”, and we will try our best to dispatch the order that day for delivery the following day. Please save this for urgent orders only, as the 24 hour service is much more expensive and we pay the added expense for you.
- Any orders dispatched via our courier will require a signature on delivery so please ensure that there will be someone available at that address. Orders can be delivered to work addresses, direct to the stables, or to a neighbours address (with their permission). If you know that you will be in on a certain day, please write that in the comments box ie “Please deliver on Wednesday 1st November” and we will try our best to arrange delivery on that day.
- If you have difficulties arranging for someone to be present at the delivery address, you can leave a special request for the courier in the comments box. Ie. “please leave in the porch”. We cannot guarantee that the courier will definitely follow instructions as often this is against their company policy, however drivers will often leave the parcel if safe to do so.
- If you regularly experience problems with couriers not finding your address then please add a short comment to explain this ie. “The last farm on the right after Sunnyside Cottage”. Make sure you give us a day time contact telephone number. Do not give long winded directions as there is no room on the label for this!
Returns
If for any reason you need to return your order, please contact us. To receive a refund please return your order as it arrived (un-opened and sealed) to us. We will refund the price of the item less carriage charges. You will have to pay the return carriage charge (unless it is our fault you are returning the item).Unfortunately we cannot refund opened or partially used items. Items will only be refunded up to 30 days after purchase.
Order not received
When your order is dispatched you will be sent an e-mail with the method of dispatch. If your order is not delivered within 7 days of this e-mail, please do contact us. Unfortunately, if you do not contact us within 20 days of the dispatch date to tell us that your parcel has not been delivered we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
