TRY BEFORE YOU BUY - How it Works

What happens when I order the 'Try Before you Buy' offer?

  • Simply add the Massage Pad to your basket and pay the full price on checkout. The money will be held in the Supplement Solutions bank account until the item is returned should you not want to keep the item.
  • The Massage Pad will be dispatched via ParcelForce including fully charged batteries and a charger ready for you to use immediately. The trial period lasts 2 weeks and starts upon delivery of the parcel.

What rules do i need to follow?

Try the Massage Pad as much as you want during the 2 week period adhering to the following rules:

    • Read the instruction booklet contained inside the bag. Ensuring that you follow manufacturers guidelines on the introductory process with new horses.
    • Do not leave any horse unattended whilst using the product.
    • Ensure the horse is clean before use or use over the top of a thin rug.
    • Do not use on any horses that have skin infection or contagious ailments.
    • Only use the supplied battery and charger.
    • Look after the Massage Pad and store flat in the supplied bag in a secure, dry place (you are liable if the item is stolen or damaged).
    • Report any problems to Supplement Solutions immediately and do not continue using the item.

What happens at the end of the trial period?

Near the end of the 2 week period we will contact you and offer you the following options.

1. Keep the Massage Pad at no extra cost.

2. Return the Massage Pad.

If you choose to return the pad we will refund you: £245 = £295 - £50 (2 week hire charge of £40 and £10 collection fee)

The refund will be given Based on the following terms:

    • The item is suitably packaged to be returned in its original box.
    • A collection date is arranged within 2 days of the trial period ending.
    • The item is return clean and in full working order
    • Only when the item is returned to Supplement Solutions.

If the item is not returned within one week there will be an extra charge of £20 per week.

Any costs incurred through damage or loss will be charged at cost.

3. Extend the Hire period at a further £20 per week

Customers are welcome to collect orders, view products in our showroom or arrange a consultation. Whilst we do hold most items in stock, we advise you to telephone before you set off to check that the items your require are in stock.
