St. Hippolyt Gold Medal (Equine)

Pronounced muscles represent strength, speed and beauty of a horse. In equestrian sports they are a prerequisite for performance, in recreational horses they ensure a pleasant riding feeling. With a targeted supply of nutrients, muscle function can be effectively supported and a well-trained and efficient musculature can be built up on the basis of the individual genetic make-up. Targeted, well-dosed training is effectively supported by the administration of special substance-forming and functional nutrients.

Proteins, Amino and Fatty Acids

For the formation of muscle substance, high-quality proteins are required. The protein of the usual fodder plants such as hay and cereals is not sufficient for this. With a specially prepared brewer's yeast, spirulina algae, a fermentatively obtained malt extract, seaweed and added lysine, St. Hippolyt Gold Medal contains excellent muscle substance builders with high bioavailability. Fat substances from cereal germs and oilseeds also contribute to the natural structure. Likewise, the suppleness of the muscles benefits from essential fatty acids from cold-pressed linseed oil.

Nutrients for an Anabolic Metabolism

The muscle fibrils are built up, cross-linked and linked to stabilizing connective tissue fibers with specific enzymes. The working capacity of the enzymes depends largely on functional nutrients. Vitamins of the B complex and trace elements such as zinc, manganese, copper and silicon are contained in St. Hippolyte Gold Medal in balanced proportions and predominantly as organically bound complexes.

Growing Muscles Need Protection

During training and sports, the metabolism runs at full speed. Inevitably, oxygen radicals are formed, which can attack the muscle tissue and partially break it down again. The protection of tissues is ensured by neutralizing these radical substances with the help of special endogenous enzyme systems. Trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese and selenium are necessary for this. In addition to these, Gold Medal provides additional tissue protection substances via algae, herbs, brewer's yeast, carrots and natural vitamin E. St. Hippolyt Gold Medal is an effective combination of physiologically cooperating build-up, functional and protective nutrients for the development of fully developed and efficient muscles.
