This competition is run by Supplement Solutions with the prize being supplied by the brand, by entering this competition participants agree their details may be shared with the brand.

By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by Supplement Solutions official rules and decisions. Supplement Solutions reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at their sole discretion. Participants agree to accept the decision of Supplement Solutions as final and binding.

The entry period for this competition is from 9am 1st March 2024 until midnight on the 31st March 2024 (GMT).

The winner will receive a 1.25kg tub of NAF Mud Gard Barrier Cream, which cannot be exchanged or transferred, acceptance of the prize grants Supplement Solutions permission to use the winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.

The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of entries.

The winner will be selected via a random draw and notified via email, Facebook messenger or Instagram messenger dependent on their method of entry. If the prize remains unclaimed after 5 days of notification we reserve the right to re-draw.

Supplement Solutions is not liable for the winner's failure to receive notification of winning if an incorrect email address is provided or if their email/messenger security settings caused the prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

Upon submission of an entry Supplement Solutions reserves the rights to use the participant's submission, voice, likeness, statements etc. for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.

Submissions must be original work and not violate anyone's proprietary or intellectual property rights. Entries that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others will result in disqualification from the competition and any claims that arise as a result of infringement, the participant shall defend or settle against such claims at their sole expense, and they shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Supplement Solutions from any suit.

Supplement Solutions reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the competition.

Supplement Solutions reserve the rights to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as your rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.

By entering into the competition, participants constitute their agreement to release and hold harmless Supplement Solutions and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
