At Supplement Solutions, we understand that customer's requirements vary. That’s why we offer you a range of dispatch options, allowing you to choose the best method for you:


Depending on the contents of your cart and delivery location, we offer the following dispatch options:

  • Standard
  • Priority
  • Urgent
  • Our dispatch options vary as to how quickly Supplement Solutions processes your order and does not relate to how fast the courier delivers your parcel.

    We offer you a choice of couriers including Parcelforce, Royal Mail and DHL to deliver your parcel.


    Choose STANDARD Dispatch, our budget friendly option for non-urgent items.

    We aim to process all items ordered on STANDARD dispatch within 1 to 5 working days, and offer this FREE for all UK mainland orders over £75 (exc. Highlands).

    If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched on or before the fifth day, a member of our team will contact you.


    Yes, for faster dispatch choose PRIORITY at checkout, and your order will be dispatched within 48 working hours when placed before 1pm.

    PRIORITY orders will be prioritised over STANDARD, and are dispatched within two working days via your chosen courier when ordered before 1pm.

    Delivery may take 2-4 working days, so if you are very urgent for an item please select URGENT dispatch.

    Yes, we can send your order today, as long as it’s a working day and its before 1pm.

    Whilst your order is likely to reach you the next working day, we cannot guarantee this.

    Most products we sell are held in our warehouse, however, stock can fluctuate regularly, so we do recommend contacting us to check availability. You can email us or call our friendly team on 01995 672464.

    Orders received after 1pm, over the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day via your chosen courier.

    Of course! Most of the items we list are in stock, however, stock can fluctuate regularly. If you would like to check if a product is definitely in stock you can email us or call our friendly team on 01995 672464.

    We always advise anyone collecting their order contacts us before setting off to ensure it is available.


    If you need your order urgently, you can opt for URGENT dispatch for same day dispatch (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

    Whilst your order is likely to reach you the next working day, we cannot guarantee this.


    Guaranteed next working day and guaranteed Saturday delivery are currently unavailable.

    If you are desperate for your order over the weekend you can email us or call our friendly team on 01995 672464 and we will be happy to look into a quote for this. However, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time.

    We recommend calling us as we may not see an email straight away.


    All UK mainland* orders over £75 qualify for free STANDARD shipping**

    Any orders under £75 are subject to a small charge for STANDARD service. We aim to process all items ordered on STANDARD shipping within 1 to 5 working days via your chosen courier.

    *Excluding the Highlands of Scotland

    **Excludes selected products which incur a surcharge of £3.50 per item - this is calculated and added on at checkout.

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.


    All orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom (UK) are not subject to UK Tax (VAT). Since the UK left the EU in January 2021, tax on any products purchased in the UK now follows the tax rules of the destination country.

    To view tax free prices, please register an account or login to your account, selecting the correct country. Once logged in products will be displayed tax free.

    Once the parcel is received in your country tax will be calculated by the courier or customs, who will contact you directly for payment of these taxes.

    Please be aware that as we are based in the UK, we cannot contact customs on the behalf of international customers.


    In the UK there is no tax on any products that horses eat (e.g. supplements, treats), other than prescription medicines. Please check out the classification in your country to determine what tax rate you are likely to pay.


    IMPORTANT: By ordering from us you agree to pay the tax in your country. If a parcel is returned to us you will be liable for the delivery costs.


    We will ship your order via a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) service, which means you do not pay any UK tax when you place your order on our website, but once exported it is subject to tax in your country.

    Every item has a HS tariff code (commodity code) which will determine how much tax is payable. By law we have to affix a commercial invoice to the outside of your parcel so the importing country can calculate how much tax is due.

    The courier company or customs in your country will contact you directly if there is any tax payable, we cannot contact customs on behalf of international customers and you must pay this with customs before your parcel can be delivered.


    IMPORTANT: By ordering from us you agree to pay the tax in your country. If a parcel is returned to us you will be liable for the delivery costs.


    There are certain products that are restricted to ship overseas. If you add any of the items below you may find that there are no delivery options at checkout.

  • Liquids containers over 1 litre are restricted for orders sent by plane. (You can order multiple units of 1 litre liquids, just not any size larger. e.g. 5 x 1 litre, NOT 1 x 5 litre)
  • Horse wormers and any POM-VPS or NFA-VPS items
  • Batteries
  • All items on our website have a HS tariff code and there are certain ingredients which are restricted.
  • Hazardous goods

  • If no shipping options are displayed at checkout, please check and remove items.

    Shipping prices are calculated on the weight of the packaged items, the value of the items and the shipping destination.

    The maximum weight of one parcel is 27kg, so the charge will double once the weight exceeds this as 2 parcels will be sent.

    To find out the shipping cost for your parcel, add the items to the shopping cart and use our estimate shipping tool when you proceed to checkout.


    All orders dispatched via Parcelforce Euro/DHL are expected to reach their destination within 2 – 14 working days of the date of dispatch.

    However, we ask that you allow up to 20 days.

    Please ensure that you reply to any emails or phone calls with regards to tax payable.

    These emails and phone calls will be directly from customs in your country and as we are based in the UK we cannot contact customs on your behalf.

    If a parcel is left unclaimed at customs by the recipient, it will be sent back to Supplement Solutions.

    In the event of this happening we can either refund the parcel less the postage costs or, attempt to re-send the parcel again for additional postage fees.

    It is the responsibility of the customer to contact customs and pay any duties on their order once it has been shipped.

    More shipping information


    Supplement Solutions are always looking at ways to improve our carbon footprint.

    Here are some changes we have made:

  • We use Eco-Flo loose fill (packing peanuts) as these are made from potato starch and are compostable! They will also dissolve in water.
  • We recycle packaging we receive with orders, this can be anything from bubble wrap to cardboard boxes.
  • We invested in a cardboard shredder to replace our bubble wrap machine to cut down on plastic packaging.
  • We accept cardboard from local customers and businesses which is in good condition to use as packaging.


  • Shipping prices are calculated on the weight of the packaged item(s), the value of the item and the shipping destination.

    Once your order leaves us, you will receive an email confirming the date and method of dispatch.

    We do our best to ensure your parcel reaches you as soon as possible, and in the same condition it left us:

    Reliable - we use reputable couriers so that we can provide you with the best service available.

    Affordable - we subsidise rising courier costs, giving you great service at an affordable price.

    Careful - our team takes great care to package your order to a high standard.


    Depending on the courier service you have selected* this may impact how long your order takes to get to you.

    Royal Mail(24, 48, 24 Recorded & 48 Recorded)

    All orders dispatched via Royal Mail 24, 48 and both Royal Mail 24 Recorded and 48 recorded, are expected to reach their destination within 1 – 3 working days. Please note, 24 and 48 service refers to the order in which mail is prioritised, not the number of hours taken for delivery. Please allow up to 7 working days from date of dispatch for delivery.

    Parcelforce 24 or 48

    All orders dispatched via Parcelforce 24 or 48 hour service are expected to reach their destination within 24 or 48 working hours, depending on the service used (indicated in your dispatch confirmation email).

    DHL

    All orders dispatched via DHL are expected to reach their destination within 24 or 48 working hours.

    Please note we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery for any of the delivery options.

    On the rare occasion that your order does not reach you within the period indicated by your chosen delivery company, please email or call our friendly team on 01995 672464 so that we may report this to them.

    *We aim to send all parcels via your chosen courier and will always try to contact you if any changes are being made. On occasion it may be necessary to change the courier service at our discretion.

    Cancellations & Returns


    As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling our friendly team on 01995 672464.

    If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations and the order must be treated as a return.

    We do not recommend cancelling orders via email, as these may not be seen before your order is dispatched.


    If you have changed your mind about an order, please contact us to inform us that the product is being returned.

    It must then arrive back with us no more than 30 days after the order was placed to receive a refund for the products that you ordered.

    Please note refunds will be less postage paid.

    Please note safety equipment including riding hats and body protectors are non-returnable. We would strongly recommend any safety equipment you purchase is fitted to you by one of our BETA qualified members of staff before you buy. If you need help please call or email us prior to purchase.


    If you wish to return a product you have ordered, please contact us via email or call our friendly team on 01995 672464.

    To receive a refund, please return the product as it arrived; unopened and with adequate packaging.

    Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund for the total cost of products returned, provided they arrive in their original condition.

    This does not include carriage charges (for both the original delivery and subsequent return, unless the order was sent in error).

    Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for opened or partially used items.


    If your order has been sent via a courier (Parcelforce or DHL) you can track the parcel using the tracking number you were emailed.

    If you are unable to track your parcel, please contact us by email or call our friendly team on 01995 672464 and we will track it for you.

    If you are awaiting a parcel sent via Royal Mail, please check with your neighbours and in your specified “safe place” to see if your postman has left the parcel there. If not, we recommend contacting your local sorting office.

    If you are still having trouble locating a Royal Mail parcel, please contact us.


    If your parcel is badly damaged when the courier arrives, please either refuse delivery or open the parcel in the courier’s presence to inspect the items enclosed.

    If you accept delivery of a damaged parcel, please write ‘damaged’ when signing for the parcel.

    In the unlikely event that any of the items in your order are damaged by the courier or there are any problems regarding the contents of your order, please contact us within 48 hours.

    Any issues regarding the contents of your parcel reported after this period cannot be rectified.

    To receive a replacement or compensation, please email photos of the damaged items and packaging.

    Please keep any damaged items in their original packaging, as the courier may need to inspect the parcel. Alternatively, we may arrange collection.

    It is important you report any damages within 48 hours, as we are unable to claim from couriers after this period, and therefore would be unable to provide compensation.
