The NAF Five Star Loyalty Reward Scheme is a scheme which allows NAF customers to collect Gold Stars when they purchase NAF products from Supplement Solutions. Collect 5 Gold Stars and you will receive a £10 voucher to use against your next NAF purchase.*

*Gold Stars for this scheme can only be collected on purchases made at Supplement Solutions and vouchers can only be redeemed against purchases with Supplement Solutions. Vouchers and/or Gold Stars from other retailers do not contribute to this loyalty scheme.

You will earn Gold Stars on all NAF products purchased through Supplement Solutions. The number of Gold Stars you earn will depend on the total value of the NAF products you are purchasing:

  • For every £25 you spend on NAF you will receive 1 Gold Star

  • 1 Gold Star is earnt per £25 spend on NAF products, so if you purchase £50 worth of NAF products in one order you would receive 2 Gold Stars.

    Gold Stars are recorded automatically when you shop at Supplement Solutions.

    Simply purchase the NAF products you wish to buy and your Gold Stars will automatically be recorded, once you have collected 5 Gold Stars we will send you an email with your £10 voucher code to use on your next NAF order.

    All NAF Loyalty Scheme vouchers are valid for 12 months.

    You can use 1 voucher per NAF order, expired vouchers are unable to be claimed.

  • Spend £25 or more in a single transaction and receive a gold star from your retailer.
  • Records are stored at Supplement Solutions and passed to the NAF representative once a month, £10 vouchers are then approved by NAF and we e-mail or phone you with the voucher code for you to use.
  • This scheme started on the 31st July 2015 and cannot be back dated.
  • The Five Star Rewards may be claimed up to three months after the published closing date of the Scheme. After three months, any unclaimed Five Star Rewards will be forfeited.
  • Only open to residents of the UK who are 18 years or over excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, participating outlets or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  • There is no limit to the number of valid £10 Five Star Rewards that may be claimed but only one voucher can be used per transaction.
  • If your email is incorrect or you have UNSUBSCRIBED from our mailing list you may not receive your voucher code, due to GDPR only the customer can re-subscribe once they have chosen to unsubscribe from any of our mailing lists, we cannot do this on your behalf. Supplement Solutions holds no responsibility for un-received voucher codes.   • By entering the Five Star Reward Loyalty Scheme, you agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
  • Participating outlets are not liable to provide the £10 Five Star Reward voucher. All claims must be sent to NAF for approval. (Supplement Solutions automatically sends claims back to NAF on behalf of their customers).
  • Claims that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions or participants found to be abusing the promotion in any way will have all their claims invalidated and will be disqualified from further participation.
  • Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or amend any of its details if circumstances make this unavoidable but will use all reasonable efforts to minimise the effect to the participant to avoid consumer disappointment.
  • The promoter reserves the right to verify any claims including but not limited to name, address and age.
  • No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
  • Voucher codes can only be used once by the customer.
  • Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
  • This promotion is not available with any other offer. All personal details must be provided.
  • Supplement Solutions will send all claims to NAF on behalf of their customers and automatically send out voucher codes once customers have earned a voucher.
