Loyalty Scheme

We launched Eddie's Loyalty Scheme in 2015 and it's gone from strength to strength, due to it's growing popularity we are now operating it through an automated points collection system on our website. It couldn't be simpler you just have to shop as normal and watch your points add up! Read on to find out more...

What is Eddie's Loyalty Scheme?

Our way of rewarding you, our loyal customers, for ordering with us! Your points add up and you can redeem these against Supplement Solutions merchandise for you or your horse.

How does Eddie's Loyalty Scheme work?

  • Order your supplements, worm control and care items as normal (both online and telephone orders gain points)
  • Loyalty points are available for both new and existing customers
  • The number of points each product is worth is displayed on the product and the total points earnt per order is displayed at checkout

How many points do I receive?

  • Each £1 spent on the Supplement Solutions website (excluding P&P charges) gains 1 point
  • Points are excluded from POM, NFA, sale and certain other products
  • Points do not expire after a certain amount of time

What goodies can I get?

  • 200 points = Fleece Headband or Teamwear Cap
  • 300 points = Feed Bucket Cover
  • 400 points = Fly Veil
  • 800 points = Half Zip Sweatshirt
  • 1000 points = Dressage or GP Saddlecloth
  • 1600 points = Hydraplus Jacket

How do I redeem my points?

  • Save up your points until you reach an amount where you would like to redeem the corresponding merchandise
  • Spend your points! You can do this whilst placing a normal order or order merchandise on its own (this will be subject to P&P charges)
  • Add the merchandise to your cart and validate your points on checkout
  • Wear or use your merchandise! We'd love to see pictures of your horses
  • You can redeem as many or as little points as you like, any remaining points will stay in your account

How do I keep track of my points?

  • Log into your account and view the Account Dashboard for information on your points
  • Points are validated (appear in your account) once your order has been dispatched, ready for you to use when you place your next order

I am already part of Eddie's Loyalty Scheme and I have a card, what happens to this?

  • All customers who have signed up to the loyalty scheme over the last year and have a paper card with loyalty stickers have received an e-mail detailing the changes
  • Your current loyalty points have been converted to the new points system and added to your account ready for you to use
  • As part of the old loyalty scheme, points could be redeemed against discount and this will be honoured for customers with an old discount card until the end of June 2016 (see e-mail or contact us for more details)

Terms & Conditions:

  • To be part of the loyalty scheme you must have a valid e-mail address
  • Points are associated to 1 e-mail address, if you need to change your e-mail address you can do this in 'My Account' or by getting in touch
  • Points are excluded from POM, NFA, sale and certain other products (including special prices on bulk orders)
  • If using a discount code or voucher, points will be adjusted accordingly
  • The loyalty scheme was launched on 20th May 2016 and points cannot be back dated from orders prior to this date
  • If checking out as a guest or using PayPal express to checkout your points will not be saved as you will not have an account on the Supplement Solutions website
  • If paying by BACS, cheque, cash or PayPal request your points will remain as 'waiting for validation' until your order is paid for
  • If for any reason you return a product or receive a refund the corresponding points will be deducted from your account automatically
  • Points gained cannot be redeemed on the same order that they were gained on. ie Points from your first order can be redeemed on the second
  • Supplement Solutions has the right to withdraw or change the entire loyalty scheme at any given point in time

Customers are welcome to collect orders, view products in our showroom or arrange a consultation. Whilst we do hold most items in stock, we advise you to telephone before you set off to check that the items your require are in stock.
